Founded in 2021 by Gabriel Perez and Edgar Vigo, CHICANO was built on one mission - bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to Hong Kong. The menu spans the full breadth of Mexico's culinary regions, from street-style tacos and birria to rich moles and classic dishes passed down through generations.
